Initial Assessment (Mandatory)

Service Description

This is the mandatory initial consultation assessment where we go over your specific needs and goals. We will perform a posture and gait analysis where your movement will be photographed and filmed and analyzed while walking and running. This will identify any areas in your anatomy as it relates to joint pain, compression and compensation which we will then be able to start working on improvement in those areas. We then educate you on the foundation of Biomechanics and our movement concepts. Finally, we address your dysfunctions with corrective exercises and dynamic movements and begin your programming. Afterwards, we will guide you in what program would benefit you the most.
